We don’t hide AI in the shadows. If AI contributed in a meaningful way to something we deliver, we’ll happily tell you.

AI does not set strategy, make autonomous decisions, or produce final outputs. Every deliverable is reviewed, refined, and approved by a Blue Train professional.
b. Data Protection Comes First
We never submit sensitive or proprietary client information into public AI tools that learn from user inputs. Your data stays protected – no exceptions.
c. We Use Trusted Tools Only
Any AI platform we use must offer robust privacy controls and commercial-grade safeguards. No experimental browser plug-ins. We did not find any beta tools on page 7 of Google.
d. Quality Over Convenience
AI can make workflows faster, but it does not replace the Emotional Intelligence, nuance, or creativity required for effective marketing. We use AI to enhance quality – not compromise it.
e. Accuracy Checks
If we use AI in parallel with human content creation, we will always ensure it receives a human sense-check.
f. Safe & Secure Use Only
Only authorised team members use approved AI tools, and every tool we use goes through a review to make sure it’s secure, reliable, and commercially appropriate.
4. Accountability Stays Human
Blue Train Marketing remains fully responsible for the work we produce. If we use AI in the process, it supports our expertise – it never substitutes it. If something isn’t right, we fix it. That’s on us, not the model.
